Submission of Interim Financial Statements through ODCS for Collective Investment Schemes (CIS)/ Closed-end Funds/ CIS Managers/ Custodians

Documents that need to be submitted through the ODCS are as follows:

1. A scanned copy of IFS as approved by the Board of Directors;
2. A Submission Form duly signed and dated by a Responsible Officer. The Submission Form can be downloaded on the FSC website; and
3. A Reporting Template in Excel format that can be downloaded from the ODCS link for IFS.

(Note that documents mentioned in sections 1 and 2 above shall be scanned as one set of document prior to be uploaded on the ODCS)

Licensees are informed that, should filing be made through the ODCS, they will no longer be required to file a hard copy of their IFS.

Licensees should ensure that the original IFS are kept at their registered office address and be readily available to the FSC upon request. The FSC may be contacted for more clarification.
